Delivery
We can only deliver within the UK, we are not able to deliver to overseas and BFPO addresses. If your item is in stock we aim to have it packaged and despatched within 5 working days. Please contact us if you would like something urgently and we will try to accommodate you. If your item is out of stock we will e-mail to advise you of an expected delivery date.
We send all standard packages by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, orders of £35 and over will be sent by special delivery. Items we do not stock e.g. bespoke and personalised items will take longer and are clearly marked as such. Recorded or Special Delivery will deliver your order to the delivery address you supplied. If someone is not at the address to accept the order they will leave a calling card and you will be required to collect goods from your local depot. Clear details of this will be on the card that will be left by your postman.
Should you not be at the address to accept your order please supply a delivery address where someone will be there to accept it for you. If your order does not arrive within 7 working days please inform us via e-mail. NB: We offer a free gift wrapping service for all items of Jewellery.
Delivery Charges
The following delivery charges apply: £3.50 for standard delivery to UK addresses £4.50 for orders of £35 and over to UK addresses (insurance included) We are not able to deliver to overseas and BFPO addresses.
Cancellation Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are given the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 days of receiving the order. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.
Should you exercise this right to cancel you must return the goods unopened and at your cost. Upon returned receipt you will receive a full refund excluding any costs incurred in sending and returning them. Any returns will be credited within 7 working days to the Credit/Debit card which made the initial payment.

Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore all delivery costs are at your expense.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will love your Embellish item, however, if you don’t, let us know. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange for you. We ask that you return all items complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged because the original packaging has not been used.
Please note that earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. On receipt of faulty items we will arrange for an exchange. At Embellish we will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 14 days. Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
